Hello, I saw that you are involved in the project, this plugin has a problem, can you forward it to the plugin owner, messages are dropped twice when the server is started.

I have implemented the same type of chat tags in my ChatManager plugin and use it on my servers instead of Anomoly.ChatTags along other features, so I recommend you check it out 🙂
