Add back logging for f1-f7.

This would be a very useful feature that can help prevent admin abuse in secret by logging admins who use ESP or other features.

Will look into it. Would be nice to send this type of logs with the duration of how long did the play have F7 (ESP) enabled for example. So sample log would look something like this:

soer had F7 (ESP) enabled for 55 seconds.

soer had F6 (Builder Mode) enabled for 20 seconds.
