Did you install the UI on the server (add it to WorkshopDownloadConfig.json)?
Also make sure that EnableUIEffect and ShowUIEffectByDefault options are enabled. Try using /statsui too command too.

If you will still need help, please send WorkshopDownloadConfig.json and PlayerStats.configuration.xml files from your server. Be sure to remove the MySQL Connection String in PlayerStats.configuration.xml file, before sharing it here.
