Vehicle spawn points
Each map dot is a fixed vehicle spawn point. The server keeps the map populated up to a global vehicle cap. When it decides to spawn one, it picks a random open spawn point (skipping any with another vehicle within ~8 m), then rolls that point's table to choose which vehicle. Vehicles only respawn after the previous one is destroyed, drowned, or abandoned for Vehicles.Respawn_Time. The Drop Chance column is the pool-relative weight: 100% means this vehicle is the only candidate in the pool.
